Summer Assignments (2022)

The summer reading and math challenges are back! Rising 1st to rising 5th graders will complete fun reading and math activities over the summer. The challenges are optional but students who complete and return both challenges to their teachers by August 19, will attend a special back-to-school celebration on August 26. The challenges, along with a parent brochure, will be sent in the May 19 Thursday folder and be available on the school website. A few copies will also be available in the D building front office for new MICS families. Please reach out to Christine DeBeauvernet (K-5 Reading Facilitator) or Chantal Vinson (K-5 Math Facilitator) if you have any questions.

Students who have selected an Advanced Placement class for 2022-2023 are responsible for completing the summer assignments for each course according to the expectations outlined in each assignment. Please email the Advanced Placement teacher with any questions or issues with any assignments.
