This time period is for 7th-period supervision only from 2:30-3:20 pm. This is complimentary for students whose siblings attend the school on differing schedules.
Annual Family Registration Fee: $25
Each family is responsible for a one-time annual family registration fee when enrolling in any Extended Care or Enrichment Program and all summer camps. This is charged once per family and covers all family members for enrollment in any of our programs for the entire school year.
Unlimited Use: $280 per month
This care option includes all regular school days and early dismissal days. It is intended to offer your family meaningful savings over the daily usage rate. More than $1000 per child per year. These rates also allow your family to take advantage of our multi-child discount which allows a 10% reduction in the tuition of the eldest child. Unlimited use is billed in 9 equal payments of $280. Payments are due on the first of each month September through May.
Daily Use $30 per day
This care option is provided for families who would prefer less than an unlimited use of the service. It does not include any special days nor does it allow families to take advantage of the multi-child discount. Rates vary according to the hours of operation on days of non-traditional length. Care on these dates will require separate online registration and payment.
A two-week notice is required for all cancellations via email to Caalan Sykes at email@example.com. Less than two weeks notice will result in the responsibility for 50% of the tuition for that week. Less than one week notice will result in the responsibility for 100% of the tuition for that week.
Late or Non-Payment Policy
The after-school care program reserves the right to impose a $25 late payment penalty if payment is not received on or before the 10th of each month.
Q. How do I register for After School Care?

Q. How will my student get to their After School Care classroom?
A. An after-school care program staff member will arrive at your child's classroom at dismissal time or a grade level teacher assistant/staff member will escort your student to the classroom. If your child does not attend after-school care on a daily basis, please make sure that you tell your child when he/she is attending and communicate this to your child's teacher either via email, a phone call to the front office or a note in your child's planner by 9:00 am. This helps to ensure that no confusion will occur during dismissal.
Q. My child is hungry after school. Will there be a chance for he/she to eat something?
A. Yes! Once children arrive in the after-school care classroom and get settled in, snack time is provided. Students are asked to bring their own snack and drinks.
Q. Is there time for my child to work on his/her homework?
A. Yes! We provide a 30-45 minute homework club each day. The environment is quiet, calm and conducive to learning. After school care educators facilitate this homework time and they are available to assist and encourage. Students who finish early will be given the opportunity to engage in independent reading time, puzzles, word searches, or other quiet individual activities. *Note: each child differs in their learning style, time management, and even his/her assigned homework. We do not guarantee that every child will complete all of their homework every day prior to their departure from after-school care.
