The MICS Varsity Cheerleader Team claimed the 2023 NCHSAA State Championship on Saturday, Dec 2nd, only the second MICS team to do so. They were also a Top 3 Finalist for the prestigious Carolina Cup, where their scores are put up against the larger schools and across multiple divisions.
