It is mandatory that all players attend BOTH dates.  Tryouts are open to students in 9th-12th grades. Each player must have an NCHSAA Sports Physical and MICS Liability Waiver on file with Mr. Steger before they may participate.  (Physicals/waivers are good for 395 days).  All paperwork should be turned in prior to the first date of tryouts via one of the following methods:

 

Please DO NOT email the forms, all forms must be printed and turned in.  If your child's doctor is faxing the forms, they need to be faxed no later than 1:00 pm on the day of tryouts.
