Director's Message

On Wednesday, September 3, the state released the 2024-2025 school performance grades for all NC Public Schools. I am pleased to share with you that Mountain Island Charter School continues to maintain our tradition of excellence by achieving a school grade of B, with an Achievement Score of 74 and a Growth Score of 82, which result in a total School Performance Score of 76. This performance lands within in the top quartile of all NC Public Schools and reflects the perennial fortitude of our academic program, as reflected in the graphic below. Curious to learn more?
